PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description 

The automatic filter press is equipped with a cloth washing and shaking system, fabricated by three-layer welding with a hollow interior structure. It is a type of filter press fitted with an elastic membrane between the filter plate and filter cloth. The two sides are referred to as diaphragms and the middle section as the core. The membrane filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene.

Working Principle

Slurry is pumped into filter chambers formed by tightly compressed filter plates. Liquid passes through filter cloth and discharges as filtrate. Solid particles are trapped inside chambers and build up into filter cake. Membrane type can inject water/air to squeeze cake further for lower moisture.
